Retail Concession Manager; Bloor

A global luxury fashion and leather goods company is seeking a Concession Manager to lead a shop-in-shop business within a premium department store environment. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing daily operations, developing the team, and delivering an exceptional client experience while partnering closely with department store leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Manage scheduling, performance reviews, and daily sales goals
• Partner with HR on hiring, training, and employee relations
• Prepare weekly sales reports and adjust strategies as needed
• Drive sales and profitability through strong planning and execution
• Deliver elevated customer service and clienteling standards
• Build and maintain a strong client book; train team on client development
• Support sales events, activations, and inventory periods
• Oversee daily operations, inventory control, and expense management
• Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation meet brand standards
• Manage POS transactions, shipments, and stockroom organization
• Maintain shrink control and operational compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in Retail, Fashion, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of luxury retail or boutique experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Strong understanding of sales, inventory, and merchandising
• Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
