• Disrupting the optical industry!
• Providing the most personal, and kind customer service imaginable
• Optical dispensing, including both spectacle and contact lens fitting
• Edging lenses to fit into Dresden’s simple XS, S, M and L frames
• Administration and general retail duties including maintaining customer records, placing and fulfilling orders, stock control, keeping the store neat and tidy, cashing in and out and opening and closing the shop.
• If you see a problem, fix it and who knows, you could be our next GM!

• Living or willing to travel to downtown Toronto
• Aligned with our vision and interested in being a part of Dresden’s vision of putting people and the planet on the same level as profits
• Able to communicate well, with compassion and warmth and have fun at work
• Craving a busy work environment where everyday is a bit different
• Willing to travel internationally occasionally (not a make or break thing though)

• Must be a registered optician but we'll consider recently grads and student opticians
• License to kill (optional but nice to have)
• A decent taste in music (we're firm on this one)
