You’ll help create the clean, welcoming, and safe shopping environment Farm Boy is known for. Through attention to detail, pride in your work, and a customer-first mindset, you’ll support both our customers and Team Members by maintaining shared spaces and contributing to a positive in-store experience. • Deliver friendly and engaging customer service that supports Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Ensure all shared and team member spaces are well maintained, including eating areas, washrooms, and locker rooms.
• Assist with inventory tracking and purchasing of store supplies as requested.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
• Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities on a periodic basis to support overall store operations.

• A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience in a food retail environment is considered an asset.
• The ability to work independently while taking pride in high-quality results, attention to detail, and cleanliness standards.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach supported by strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English;
  French language skills considered an asset.
