Overview
Position: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate – Walmart Canada. The role involves picking, packing and dispensing online orders with high quality standards and safety/food hygiene compliance to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What You'll Do- Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with care and quality to achieve on-time delivery to customers.
- Pack orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similarly named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
- Ensure picked products are of the highest quality (no damaged products, freshest product selection).
- Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation of pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc.
- Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
- Balance fulfillment duties with customer interaction and provide service to resolve issues.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, keep a clean work area, promptly clean spills and debris, ensure totes are clean and debris-free before packing; operate material handling equipment safely with pre-use safety checks; demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s mission and core values.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to procedures, productivity standards, safety, and quality; adapt to changing assignments based on customer requests and delivery schedules.
