Why this role is important?Summary:
To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.
Duties & Responsibilities:Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs; possess a "selling is fun" attitude; promote sales of beauty products; encourage participation in the PC Optimum program.
Promote a positive environment for customers and coworkers; always prioritize customer satisfaction; model desired behaviors using eClienteling; promote products and the PC Optimum program; book appointments for in-store events.
Exhibit and promote company products and services; attend vendor training and workshops; adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.
Comply with health and safety regulations, store policies, loss prevention policies; act professionally; perform other duties as required.
