• Adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.

• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures.
• Follow loss prevention policies and ensure they are executed in the department.
• Act professionally at all times.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Planning, judgment, and decision making.

• Sales skills in cosmetics/luxury goods.

• Proven consultative skills to provide information.
• Sales experience with a proven track record.
• Knowledge of various beauty products and services available.
• Ability to conduct sit‑down makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrate application.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to bend and stretch to stock shelves.

Hiring Range: $18.20 - $20.55 per hour.
