As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will be responsible for delivering extraordinary client experiences and supporting sales opportunities. The skills gained in this role can lead to a rewarding career in Retail and further growth with Aritzia.

THE ROLE S

• Support roles: Assist the Service Counter and Atelier teams to enable efficient and elevated experiences, curate merchandise, and support a seamless retail environment.

Style Advisor

• Sell clothes and build client confidence through styling expertise.
• Create meaningful, memorable experiences.
• Build personalized connections to enhance loyalty.

Service Advisor

• Welcome clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas.
• Prepare products and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Package products for an elevated experience.
• Support operations at the Service Counter.

Inventory Associate

• Process shipments accurately.
• Manage product placement and display standards.
• Support cross-channel shopping experiences.

Merchandiser

• Handle shipments and product placement on the sales floor.
• Translate product stories and validate display standards.
• Support seamless operations across all retail aspects.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

THE COMPENSATION
