- Prepare and stretch fresh pizza dough consistently to the required specifications
- Create pizzas with a variety of toppings, sauces, and cheeses, ensuring balance, accuracy, and presentation
- Operate and maintain a wood-fired, gas, or electric pizza oven at optimal temperature
- Monitor pizza cooking times and adjust techniques to ensure a consistent bake
- Maintain a clean and organized pizza station and follow all food safety standards
- Prepare ingredients (slicing meats, chopping vegetables, grating cheese, etc.) as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak periods
- Maintain inventory and notify the Head Chef of any shortages or equipment issues
- Follow recipes and techniques consistent with our brand’s identity
- Train and mentor junior staff as needed
