Kitchen Leader – Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Join Chipotle Mexican Grill as a Kitchen Leader. This role is full‑time and part of our Management and Manufacturing team.

• Prepare and cook food to order, maintaining quality and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels, taking corrective action as needed.
• Support strong teamwork between back‑of‑house Crew and front‑of‑house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure excellent service and throughput.
• Ensure the kitchen is properly cleaned and sanitized.
• Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting repairs promptly.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries and accidents.
• Maintain required documentation such as Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and inventory rotation.

• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Proficiency in speaking, writing, and understanding the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Restaurant experience.
• Minimum four (4) days of open availability each week, including at least two of Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week.

$19.20 – $20.48 per hour. Compensation is subject to local wage and hour laws.
