Food & Beverage Manager

The Food & Beverage Manager is a total foodie enthusiast who proudly leads a team of smoothie bar/cafe associates in the day‑to‑day operations of the food and beverage department. These leaders are responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent member experience. They have a knack to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff, and finance. They pride themselves in achieving sales goals that maximize revenue through customer satisfaction and team member engagement.

While the majority of your time is spent supervising and directing the workforce, you are also experienced and comfortable with getting your hands dirty and hand‑crafting specialty beverages during busy shifts.

You are passionate about leading a team, are friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. You are incredibly attentive and provide continual coaching and mentorship to all food and beverage associates.

With the help of your smoothie/café associates these organized leaders create and maintain a clean, safe, and exciting environment within the food & beverage department.
