The Market Research Specialist will assist in the management and execution of research projects including the coordination, development and programming of questionnaires, data verification, analysis, report and summaries as well as overall project coordination.

• Managing Spin Master's in Home Toy Testing program; recruiting respondents, programming surveys. shipping toy, report writing, database management.
• Assisting the Research Consumer Insights team and other departmental staff in the completion of a wide range of research tasks and duties including on-going consumer research program, preparing ad-hoc reports and various special projects/requests.
• Managing the Brand Equity Research Program for all GBUs.
• Preparing visuals for property specific market research reports and other assignments.
• Scheduling, organizing and coordinating focus groups.
• Work with Entertainment teams, toy brand teams and suppliers to identify research objectives, methodology and sample.

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to balance multiple projects in different stages.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• University bachelor’s degree required, preferably in market research, marketing, psychology, business or related.
• Quantitative research experience required. Qualitative research experience is an asset but not required.
• Experience synthesizing data into visual format (i.e. infographics, charts).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Toronto is $65,000 to $75,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
