Looking for Data Entry Analysts to work on contract for a customer data validation and research project. The ideal candidates would have a minimum of one year experience in data entry and customer service.
Key Responsibilities and
Job Duties:
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Research and validate company info, resolve discrepancies, and obtain further information when needed
- Review source data and process documents for data entry purposes
- Ensure all entered data are accurate and complete
- Research data by using tools such as Google, Bing, and Government related sites
Key Competencies and
Experience:
- Aptitude for numbers, accuracy, and analysis
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
- Experience with Microsoft (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to utilize new systems and tools
- Good understanding of Canadian corporations structure
- Bilingual (French/English) is a strong asset
