Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Broker to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting, coaching, and developing licensed agents. As the ABM, you will play a key role in driving the success of the brokerage by recruiting top talent, providing mentorship, and ensuring that agents reach their highest potential through ongoing training and support.
Key ResponsibilitiesAgent Recruitment:
- Proactively recruit licensed real estate agents to grow the brokerage.
- Implement strategic recruitment campaigns to attract new and experienced agents.
- Manage and execute the full recruitment process, including interviews, onboarding, and agent retention efforts.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and training to agents to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Conduct one‑on‑one coaching sessions and group workshops to help agents achieve their professional goals.
- Assist agents in building and expanding their client base through effective lead‑generation strategies.
- Cultivate a supportive, team‑oriented culture that promotes growth and collaboration.
- Guide agents in resolving transactional challenges and navigating complex real estate deals.
- Encourage a continuous learning mindset by providing regular industry updates, market insights, and best practices.
- Track agents’ performance metrics and help them set and achieve sales targets.
- Identify areas of improvement and work with agents to implement actionable plans for success.
- Active real estate broker’s license in Ontario.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience at a real estate brokerage.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting, training, and managing licensed Realtors.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire, coach, and motivate a diverse group of agents.
- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems is a plus.
