As the Assistant Property Manager, you will support a national portfolio of industrial and commercial properties by working closely with the property management, maintenance, and finance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a hands‑on role with real accountability, offering exposure to multiple assets rather than a single‑site focus. You will be involved in tenant relations, vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, documentation, and financial awareness across the portfolio, while supporting moderate capital projects and contributing to consistent, professional property operations.

CompensationExpected base salary of $70,000 to $75,000 per year. This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is not guaranteed and may vary based on individual and company performance, commensurate with experience.
