Bilingual Chemical Quality Analyst

The Quality Analyst plays a key role in maintaining and improving our Management Systems to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across operations. This position is responsible for initiating and managing non-conformance reports and CAPAs, conducting thorough root-cause analyses, and driving corrective actions. The role involves writing and updating policies, procedures, and work instructions, as well as coordinating change control activities to support organizational standards.

• Initiate and log non-conformances and CAPA reports.
• Investigate non-conformances using an appropriate root-cause-analysis methodology.
• Write and revise policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Conduct and participate in management system audits.
• Coordinate change control activities.
• Attend customer and/or supplier meetings as requested to discuss and provide information about non-conformances.
• Present information to internal stakeholders on metrics and findings pertaining to the Management Systems.
• Assist in the training of staff on principles pertaining to the Management Systems.
• Travel will be required to sites throughout the year.
• Other duties as required.

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Quality Assurance, Science or related field.
• 2–4 years in a quality-focused role within manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, BRCGS or other relevant Quality Management systems.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis tools, CAPA processes, and change control.
• Ability to write and revise policies, procedures, and work instructions with attention to detail.
• Hands‑on experience conducting internal audits and supporting external audits.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting metrics and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience delivering or assisting with staff training on quality principles.
• Strong problem‑solving and data analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP or QMS software is an asset.
• Bilingual in French/English is mandatory.
