Job Description

Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is hiring a Quality Improvement Specialist for one of its clients. The Quality Improvement Specialist leads organization-wide quality improvement initiatives, supports incident review processes, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and excellence.

• Lead and sustain quality improvement initiatives and best practices across departments.
• Conduct root cause analyses and support Serious Incident Reviews (SIR), including standardization and documentation.
• Deliver training on SIR processes, quality improvement methods, and data-driven improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor quality metrics and report improvement outcomes.
• Provide guidance on quality improvement tools, methodologies, and change management.
• Stay current with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a graduate degree or professional certification in quality improvement or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience in quality improvement, incident investigation, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis, data collection, and quality improvement frameworks.

• Contract:
  
  40 – 60 CAD/hr
