We are currently inviting applications for a
** Permanent Part-time Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
** to join our Resident Services team.

This position is unionized and governed by the CUPE Collective Agreement.
** Compensation, Benefits & Pension
**** Hourly rate:** $31.857– $33.029 per hour (all new hires start at the
** starting rate**, in accordance with the CUPE Collective Agreement)
* This gives transparency about the

** without misrepresenting the immediate starting pay.

* Shift premiums in accordance with the Collective Agreement

* Participation in the

**** Qualifications
* ** Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
* Current CPR certification
* Demonstrated knowledge of geriatric nursing and the long-term care sector
* Knowledge of applicable legislation, including the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021
* Medication administration and clinical documentation proficiency
* Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
* Italian language skills are considered an asset
** Key Responsibilities
*** Provide nursing care in accordance with CNO standards, applicable legislation, and organizational policies
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team conferences
* Ensure infection prevention and control practices are followed
* Supervise and support unregulated care providers
** Additional Requirements
*** Satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check (issued within the last six months) as a condition of employment
* Compliance with occupational health, immunization, and screening requirements
* Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
