A managed care organization is seeking a Temp Concurrent Review Registered Nurse to support utilization management and ensure member care is delivered at the appropriate level and length of stay. This short-term role focuses primarily on skilled nursing and long-term care and is ideal for an RN with strong clinical judgment and an interest in managed care.
Position Highlights
✔️ $55/hour
✔️ 3-month temporary assignment (cannot guarantee temp to hire)
✔️ 100% Remote must reside in California

Key Responsibilities
Conduct concurrent reviews to support appropriate level of care and length of stayCollaborate with providers on care planning, transfers, and discharge planningEscalate non-standard cases to Medical Director as neededDocument reviews and decisions in accordance with regulatory and contractual requirementsTrack utilization data and support routine reportingWhat Were Looking For
Graduation from an accredited nursing programActive, unrestricted California RN licenseAt least 3+ years of clinical RN experience in a hospital or clinic settingExperience with SNF/LTC, utilization management, or discharge planning preferredFamiliarity with Medi-Cal, Medicare, CMS, or managed care preferredIf youre an experienced RN seeking a new way to apply your clinical expertise beyond the bedside, this remote concurrent review role offers meaningful work, flexibility, and impact.
