The Prime Video International (PVI) Marketing Team drives customer growth and engagement across marketing channels in marketplaces. The team owns Owned & Operated (O&O) marketing channels including Prime Video Storefront, email, Amazon retail, and more, supporting markets across Europe, Latin America, Canada, and beyond.

We are seeking a results‑oriented marketing leader to drive the traffic and lifecycle strategy for Prime Video International through centralized roadmap management and cross‑regional coordination. As the Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will work on centralizing outputs from regional traffic & lifecycle owners, managing the experiment roadmap, owning the traffic and lifecycle roadmap, and defining measurement frameworks, as well as reporting and coordination with other teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strong stakeholder management skills, demonstrating expertise in marketing experimentation & roadmap prioritization.

Navigating complex regional structures with excellent organizational abilities.

Owning the relationship with regional growth & engagement managers, ensuring local teams have one key stakeholder for new marketing initiatives.

Holding a high bar for strategic alignment and defining success metrics, measurement methods, and reporting processes for cross‑regional initiatives.

Learning from and sharing best practices across Prime Video teams.

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.

6+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).

Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs.

Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple timezones and languages.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross‑functional teams and agency partners.

Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint.
