Paid Search Specialist

Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $50,000-$55,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for a new vacancy.

• Supporting your manager in the development and implementation of innovative search strategies
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client objectives are reached
• Overseeing campaign setup, trafficking, QA and timelines with Cossette best practice
• Lead the management and optimization of search campaigns
• Reporting including succinct and accurate results analysis, develop business insights, and package effectively
• Mentoring junior team members and ensure quality control in trafficking, maintenance, pacing
• Budget, financial and time management

• 2+ years of paid search experience
• Mastery of the main search platforms:
  Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, Microsoft Advertising Editor, Google Search Ads 360
• Exceptional data analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into strategic actions
• Keen attention to detail, catching and correcting errors before setting campaigns live and ensuring campaign budget pacing is always on track
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear and compelling reports and recommendations
• Ability to work independently and in a team, to take initiative and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Advanced understanding of Google Drive products:
  Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs
• Required Skillshop certifications:
  Google Ads Search, AI-Powered Performance Ads, Search Ads 360
