Account Executive

Our McCann Toronto team is looking for an Account Executive to manage and co-ordinate agency resources to ensure that day to day client needs are met.

The Account Executive will act as the daily client contact and ensure that all projects assigned are completed  this role, you will work in a team assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and projects of varying sizes, ensuring flawless delivery that meets the client’s needs.

• Exhibit effective project management skills, including preparing and updating timelines, activity reports, and status reports for internal team and clients
• Develop a positive and partnering relationship with all clients
• Produce internal and client-facing communication materials (contact and status reports)
• Develop and manage project timelines
• Develop estimates and manage cost against project budgets

· Agency experience is an asset

• Critical thinking – ability to onboard and comprehend information in context and appropriately apply it to move things forward
• Crisp thinker and communicator – verbally, visually and in writing
• Ability to write and communicate effectively with a focus on attention to detail
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on several projects simultaneously.
• Superior organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to build and deliver presentations
• Proficient in MS office

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year. Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
