Ensuring account health, QA and strategic alignment, you will collaborate with and guide our clients on bringing their brand to life through integrated brand and GTM programs (including content marketing, account-based marketing, brand strategy, brand creative, reporting, marketing automation, paid media and video).

Key responsibilities:- Work as part of a team to build timelines, keep projects on track, brief in new asks and liaise directly with clients.
- Ensure deliverables are executed on time.
- Act as an extension of your accounts’ marketing teams, ensuring that their needs and objectives are met and exceeded, while also being a voice to our team, communicating updates, and managing expectations.
- Effectively communicate the needs of both the agency client and internal teams, ensuring efficiency and the highest standard of quality.
- Draw from your experience in writing clear creative briefs
- Manage ongoing projects and tasks in the delivery of marketing programs and services for your accounts.
- Coordinate status of tasks and timelines leveraging the clients' software — internal and client-facing.
- Work with internal resources and clients to ensure successful delivery of content that meets the client's standards.
- 5+ years of progressive account management experience or corporate management experience. (More experienced? Even better! We'll consider that as part of the process.)
- Energetic self-starter who thrives on responsibility.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently and has experience mobilizing and motivating team members and vendors.
- Effortlessly moves from ideation into clear, defined action.
- Your curiosity leads you to look for ways to learn, improve, evolve, and provide value for clients.
- You are dependable and follow through without needing to be prompted.
- Able to organize ideas, comments, feedback, and next steps into workback schedules and action plans, and deliver on these deadlines (or optimize as priorities shift).
- You value delivering high-quality work, being proud of the team you work with, and building relationships with people.
