Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities

The Junior Influence r Marketing Specialist will build meaningful partnerships with influencers, content creators, and external partners to create inspiring content to promote the Hobot brand and products in North America.

• Working with the Marketing Manager to develop influencer marketing strategies and implement campaigns.
• Identify the best external partners, primarily social media influencers and content partners, based on different marketing needs, negotiate and manage contractual commitments, implement effective measurements to assess goal achievement, and build and maintain proactive relationships with external partners.
• Managing video and photo content provided by partners, from sourcing, approval, and distribution to storage in Hobot's content library.
• Researching relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and users in North America.
• Coordinating with other teams and brand partners to publish Hobot's content and increase impact.

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, in depth knowledge of online marketing strategies and channels, familiar with social media marketing industry.
• Ability to manage and build relationships with Hobot’s existing and prospective partners.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; strong analytical skills, high business acumen, and self-driven.
• Successful candidates will demonstrate a high degree of tenacity.

• Experienced in influencer sponsor ships, cross-team coordination and/or project management.
• Passionate about hospitality and service industry.
• Profound knowledge of North American social media and creative landscape.
