About Us

Voices is the trusted voice partner for brands, tech and voice talent. Voices helps scale real voice solutions, across traditional voiceover, Voice AI, and ethically sourced voice data. For more than two decades, the biggest and most beloved brands have trusted Voices to find their voices and bring their projects to life.

Why join us? We’re on a mission to shape the future of voice, and we’re building a team that’s curious, collaborative, and passionate about making great ideas heard.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Director of Product Marketing to lead the charge in crafting go-to-market strategies, defining positioning and messaging, pricing and packaging, enabling our sales teams, and uncovering market opportunities. You’ll lead a small team of product marketers, and be the connective tissue between product, sales, marketing and customer success. You’ll also play a key role in how we take our actor-centric AI voice, voice dataset and voice over offerings to market.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the following key areas:

  • Own and evolve the product marketing function — including strategy, execution, and team development
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches, pricing changes, and major feature releases
  • Develop compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions across audiences and verticals
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform roadmap, differentiation, and content
  • Enable the sales team with effective pitch decks, battle cards, demos, and objection handling
  • Partner with Product to shape the roadmap through market, customer, and competitive insights
  • Work closely with Brand, Demand Gen, and Content teams to drive product storytelling across the funnel
  • Be a thought partner to senior leadership on AI positioning, customer segmentation, and market expansion
  • Manage and mentor a small team of high-performing product marketers
What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who brings some or all of the following:

  • 7- 10+ years in B2B enterprise SaaS or marketplace product marketing; bonus for voice tech or AI exposure
  • Proven track record of leading successful GTM launches and crafting compelling narratives
  • Deep experience in competitive analysis, sales enablement, and pricing & packaging
  • Strong communication skills - you can translate complex tech into clear customer value
  • Managerial experience - you’ve hired, mentored, and grown high performing PMM talent
  • Cross-functional leadership - you're collaborative, confident, and you influence without ego
  • Bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and an appetite for innovation
Compensation

In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of perks that support your growth, wellbeing, and day-to-day flexibility. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Generous Vacation:
Start with 15 days of vacation, pro-rated in your first year based on your start date
  • Personal Time:
Take care of what matters with 5 paid personal days and 3 unpaid personal days annually
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage:
Access to health and dental benefits after just 3 months of employment
  • Hybrid Flexibility:
Enjoy the best of both worlds with our hybrid work environment
  • Performance Bonus Program:
Recognizing your impact with bonus opportunities tied to company and individual performance
  • Learning & Development Support:
We invest in your growth with a dedicated L&D budget and coverage for platforms like Linked In Learning, Udemy, Codecademy, and more
  • A Great Team:
Work with genuinely kind, smart, and talented people who love what they do (and know how to have fun doing it).
