The Marketing Team of Agoda is a world leader in online marketing. The department is highly data-driven and focused on developing at‑scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable channels. The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Manager / Associate Manager, Global Corporate Public Relations to join our dynamic team within Agoda’s Marketing department. In this role you’ll help shape Agoda's reputation through proactive and reactive communications, resulting in positive earned media coverage. Our PR team oversees around 10 managed markets in APAC, supports verticals to help share the Agoda story, and protects Agoda’s reputation as a trusted and innovative brand.

What you will do:
  • Draft effective press releases for distribution globally, regionally, or in specific markets.
  • Craft stellar executive briefs for media interviews and speaker engagements.
  • Continuously deliver against challenging KPIs.
  • Work closely with our corporate PR agency, ensuring alignment with Agoda's targets, messaging house, and tone of voice.
  • Respond to global media inquiries and maintain the Agoda press office.
  • Manage and counsel stakeholders throughout Agoda who require PR support.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Minimum of five years of full‑time PR experience, advantageous if experience is in both an agency and in‑house setting.
  • Experience in crisis / reputation management.
  • Analytical thinking and an all‑round make‑it‑happen team attitude.
  • Strong capability of crafting and working with corporate narratives.
  • Willingness to work outside of office hours when a (crisis) situation calls for it.
  • Great English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to build appealing keynote decks for our senior executives.
  • Experience in working within a matrix organization structure, across multiple markets, and influencing different internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing budgets.
  • Ability to measure the quality/impact of content for future improvement.
  • Comfortable presenting projects and learnings to senior leaders.
Additional Skills/Attributes:
  • Solid project management and organizational skills, with the talent to multi‑task and prioritize while working to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
