, we’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Publisher Manager who excels at both account management and new business development

The Publisher Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of publisher relationships supporting Yep Ads’ performance campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who understands affiliate marketing fundamentals
, has experience working with CPA/CPL/CPI models

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling strong partnerships with publishers and traffic sources. You’ll manage day-to-day operations across existing accounts while continuously growing the network through recruitment, negotiation, and strategic relationship-building
. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, performance-driven mindset.

You will act as a strategic partner to both publishers and advertisers—balancing scale with quality, compliance, and sustainable performance. This role is ideal for a proven affiliate manager who has worked with enterprise advertisers and regulated traffic environments
.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with active publishers and traffic partners across the business portfolio
- Support onboarding of new publishers, including IO and contracts process, compliance requirements, and campaign setup
- Monitor performance metrics including volume, conversion rates, and customer quality
- Maintain consistent communication to troubleshoot issues and support campaign optimization
- Launch and scale campaigns across insurance, home services, and related lead-gen verticals
- Help align publisher traffic with advertiser requirements and brand guidelines
- Analyze campaign performance and metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote campaigns and develop new opportunities
- Identify and recruit new publishers through outreach, industry platforms, and personal networks
- Support expansion into new traffic sources and acquisition channels for lead generation campaigns and enterprise partnerships
- Build foundational relationships that can be grown over time to increase revenue
- Execute publisher onboarding, contract processes, and administrative tasks with accuracy and organization
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
- Support technical reporting, campaign tracking, and internal documentation
- Share insights with the team on publisher performance and market trends
- Collaborate with senior team members to improve workflows and onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital media, or performance-based advertising
- Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience with demonstrated closing skills
- Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, and performance-based acquisition models
- Direct experience in insurance
, in-home services
, or other regulated lead-gen verticals - Experience working with enterprise or large-scale advertisers
