The RoleYou’ll work directly with our clients to build and execute their content strategies for AI visibility. This is a client‑facing role: you’ll manage accounts, understand each client’s business, and produce content that helps them get cited by AI. You’ll become an extension of their marketing team while bringing Yolando’s GEO expertise to everything you create.
What You’ll Do- Work with our GTM lead to oversee client accounts; be their main point of contact for content work
- Run discovery sessions to understand each client’s brand, audience, industry, and goals
- Develop content strategies tailored to each client’s AI visibility objectives
- Produce client content across formats: articles, white papers, case studies, landing pages, social posts
- Present content plans and deliverables to clients; incorporate feedback and iterate
- Track content performance for each account and report results
- Identify opportunities to expand scope within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to apply product insights to client work
- Use AI tools to scale production while maintaining quality and client voice
- Clear writing that makes complex ideas simple
- Client management experience: you've owned relationships and delivered work to external stakeholders
- Research skills: you can learn a new industry quickly and find the story
- Ability to adapt your voice to match different client brands
- Organization to manage multiple accounts with different deadlines and priorities
- Comfort presenting work and handling feedback
- Flexibility across formats: articles, landing pages, decks, case studies, social content
- Agency or consulting background
- Experience in B2B SaaS, Fin Tech, or technical industries
- SEO or content marketing experience
- Familiarity with AI, LLMs, or marketing technology
- Product marketing experience
- Expected range of $60,000 - 80,000
Hybrid, 4 days/week in our downtown Toronto office.
