Overview

At Cossette Media, bright people shine their brightest. As a Manager, Media Planning for Cossette Media you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients. You will identify consumer, category, product and competitive insights to develop media strategies, maintain strong partner and client relationships, and develop campaigns while ensuring that we are meeting campaign KPIs.

Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $70,000-$85,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for a new vacancy.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and presenting integrated media plans to clients with a focus on a full funnel approach, including both offline and online media (strong digital experience required)
  • Managing day to day client relationships and work streams
  • Working with senior business lead to drive our client’s business growth by behaving as a true trusted business partner
  • Working with digital practice leads to manage growth opportunities and transformation programs including digital solutions
  • Accuracy and quality control of client budgets
  • Expert use of Media planning tools, functions and process
  • Managing, training and developing junior team members as well coordinating with specialized partners across the agency
  • Striving for award winning work
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of integrated media planning experience
  • Expert knowledge of all forms of media including planning tools and best practices/processes
  • Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently
  • Strong presentation skills & excellent negotiation skills
  • Experience with industry leading media planning tools
  • Strong digital background and experience
  • Strong project management and client servicing skills
  • Driven by a curiosity of leveraging AI tools to advance our clients work and objectives
