Senior Digital Commerce & Growth Manager, Oral Care

This role will also guide the vision and strategy behind brands by developing breakthrough marketing plans, driving innovation, elevating digital commerce and being a project manager. This means identifying consumer, shopper, and customer insights and executing strategies that will grow the brand and strategically set it up for future success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that enhances customer engagement, optimizes marketing and media campaigns, and drives user acquisition through targeted outreach and personalized communication, while leveraging 1st‑party data collection and evaluation to inform financial modeling and assess the viability of a direct‑to‑consumer website.
  • Create and execute comprehensive digital strategies for key retailers, focusing on online content, product assortment, search optimization, and media planning, to drive growth and engagement for multi‑million‑dollar brands.
  • Lead and execute the go‑to‑market and consumer insight‑led brand plans behind our innovation & product launches.
  • Analyze complex data to identify consumer and business insights to enable Brand leaders as they set direction for brand growth.
  • Innovate, explore, and test new marketing ideas in an environment where creativity and experimentation are strongly encouraged.
  • Analyze, measure, and report complex data to identify consumer and business insights that educate recommendations for brand growth, consumer acquisition and retention.
  • Consistently create an outstanding consumer experience by understanding, simplifying and optimizing the consumer path to purchase and supply chain.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
  • 5+ years of relevant consumer‑facing e‑commerce experience.
  • Track record of forward‑thinking, strategic, and courageous leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in CRM, Customer Acquisition, Digital Marketing (Facebook and other digital marketing platforms), and SEO with a passion to create a best‑in‑class consumer experience.
