The Marketing Specialist (MS), Partner Marketing role, is instrumental in managing the execution of all Partner marketing plans. The MS works with the Manager of Partner Marketing to manage the end-to-end campaign delivery of our Partner’s campaigns. This role seeks new ways to add value, consistently meeting and exceeding day-to-day Partner needs. The MS plays a key role in all phases of the campaign process ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly, on time and on budget and deliver against both AIR MILES and Partner KPIs.
Collaborating with key internal teams (Client Services, Channel Marketing, Brand Marketing and Analytics & Insight teams) the Partner Marketing specialist works to deliver against strategic omni channel marketing campaigns. The Partner Marketing team plays a key role as the main client marketing contact and is responsible for making data driven insights to help formulate partner campaign plans.
Responsibilities- Work jointly with the Manager of Partner Marketing and Channel Strategy team on AMRP campaign planning and taking the plan to lead the delivery of marketing activities for assigned Partners ensuring all creative assets are created/supplied, built to spec, on schedule, within budget, and comply with legal, brand standards and AODA compliance
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure lead time, resources and channel support availability, completing project execution tasks as part of the workflow/process to efficiently execute campaigns
- Build and maintain a professional relationship with internal & external stakeholders and Clients, through all aspects of the campaign process from planning to deployment via written and verbal communications – project briefs, creative presentations, weekly status calls, etc.
- Ensure knowledge and understanding of campaign performance in order to collaborate with Client/CS/Mktg and ensure learnings are applied to future campaigns
- Manage CRM database to ensure smooth execution and delivery of campaign in market
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience. Agency experience would be an asset.
- Strong client management skills communications, influence, negotiation and being solutions focused
- Strong project management skills, being able to multitask and work with cross functional teams to deliver omni channel Partner campaigns
- Solid understanding of digital marketing
