The Opportunity
This position is based at our Toronto Support Centre and reports to the Senior Director, Practice Marketing. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to drive marketing enablement across our network of practices—ensuring they are equipped with the tools, insights, and strategies needed to succeed. You will help ensure business continuity by delivering on both day-to-day and ad-hoc marketing needs.
Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of marketing solutions and advisory support to practices, ensuring efficient resolution of requests and alignment with business objectives
Proactive management of internal ticketing system for marketing support – triage and fulfill
Provide operational marketing support to practices by assisting with day-to-day marketing questions and requirements to ensure business continuity
Provide email marketing support by executing ad hoc communications using standardized templates and developing clear, compliant copy in alignment with established approval processes
Leverage and support optimizations and content updates for practice marketing self-serve platforms ( Marketing Resource Centre, custom printing site)
Ongoing tracking and reporting of support SLAs
Ongoing monitoring and reporting on corporate marketing budget
Proactively contribute to a collaborative and supportive partnership within Marketing and cross functional teams
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Business/Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience
Bilingual in French and English a strong asset, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
Self-starter with exceptional project management abilities including managing budgets, vendors and deadlines
Must be able to work independently and within a larger team
Strong business acumen, analytical abilities, interpersonal and communication skills
Relationship builder: natural ability to develop new and effective relationships with internal and external partners
