You will lead a small in‑house team, manage external partners, and build scalable systems that support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and long‑term brand growth.
This role works closely with the founders and executive team and has real influence over how the brand shows up in the world.
What You’ll Own
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and own the annual and seasonal marketing roadmap
Build integrated marketing plans for product launches, collaborations, and brand moments
Ensure all marketing elements are scoped, planned, and delivered well in advance of launches
Maintain consistency in brand voice, positioning, and storytelling across all channels
Establish clear team workflows, expectations, and KPIs across the marketing function
Campaign Development & Execution
Lead campaign ideation from concept through execution
Oversee creative development across digital, social, email, and physical touchpoints
Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure launches run smoothly
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Own paid media strategy in partnership with a specialist
Oversee budget allocation, creative testing, and campaign objectives
Ensure alignment between organic content, paid media, and broader campaign goals
Influencers, Community & Events
Build and manage influencer and ambassador programs
Oversee creator partnerships aligned with women’s sports and community
Lead planning and execution of events, pop‑ups, and brand activations
Packaging & Physical Brand Touchpoints
Oversee packaging strategy and execution
Ensure packaging reflects brand values and enhances customer experience
Collaborate cross‑functionally on timelines and feasibility
Measurement & Reporting
Track performance across campaigns and channels
Use insights to inform optimization and future planning
Report results and recommendations to leadership
Who You Are
You’re a strategic thinker and a strong executor. You’re comfortable leading and doing, and you know how to bring order to fast‑moving environments.
10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in consumer, apparel, or lifestyle brands
Experience leading small teams and managing contractors or agencies
Proven success building and executing integrated campaigns
Strong organizational and project management skills
A collaborative leadership style with high standards
A genuine interest in women’s sports, community, and brand‑building
