Hybrid role, on-site requirement 3 days/week
Location - 165 Galaxy Blvd., Toronto ON (Pearson Airport Area)
The pay range for this role is: $60,000 - $80,000

Position Summary- At Fresenius Kabi we are committed to life – for patients, for their health care practitioners and the health care system we all depend on. The primary goal of this role is to ensure the smooth administrative operation of the Sales & Marketing team so we can be successful in our commitment to enhance patient lives.
- This position supports the Marketing and Sales team within the IV Drugs department in their administrative needs and further aids in the development and dissemination of marketing materials and corporate communications to support the Company’s marketing and sales objectives.
- The Marketing and Sales Associate reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, Specialty Pharma in the Marketing department.
- Main Responsibilities
- Is responsible for all administrative functions required for the overall smooth operation of the Marketing and Sales team within the IV Drugs department.
- Is responsible for the administrative management of sponsor ships/honorariums/educational support requests and remittances.
- Tracks and catalogs all marketing expenditures (including promotional materials, sponsor ships, conference/trade shows, etc.) to ensure they stay within allotted budgets.
- Facilitates internal and external coordination of conferences, conventions and Continuing Health Education events all while working within the constraints of a predetermined budget with minimal or no supervision.
- Works in conjunction with Marketing and Sales teams and creative agency to initiate, oversee and produce promotional and advertising material for conventions, sales meetings and conferences.
- Prepares the required support materials (e.g. binders, reservations, announcements, teasers etc.) for conventions and conferences within the required deadlines.
- Is responsible for maintaining and updating product information on the website.
- Manages product samples for Marketing which includes organizing, cataloging and distribution to sales representatives.
- Is responsible for communicating monthly website updates.
- Assists with special marketing projects as required (e.g. residency program, special feature articles, etc.)
- Internally there is interaction with staff and management of all local and regional internal departments including but not limited to:
Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Scientific Affairs as applicable - Externally there is interaction with doctors, pharmacists, executives, Marketing and Sales personnel and vendors
- Acts as the backup to the Social Media Manager for daily monitoring and associated vigilance activities when required.
