Description
The Marketing Specialist will support and help execute marketing strategies for the Canadian market. The individual will collaborate with channel leads to execute Go‑To‑Market strategies and tactics that strengthen our brand and product adoption.

Location: Canada-CHQ-Ontario-Toronto
Compensation: $60,600 - $83,300 / year
Role Expectations- Collaborate with Channel marketing leads to support go‑to‑market strategies and commercial marketing efforts to expand market share and pursue growth targets.
- Execute product launch plans with Channel marketing leads.
- Lead digital & email communication to customers, including creation, localization and translation.
- Manage a range of projects that support strategic and tactical efforts, including localization and translation of customer‑facing marketing materials (brochures, emails, web pages, trade advertising, etc.).
- Conduct campaign reporting and analysis to evaluate campaign/communication performance, response rates, registrations, and all campaign variables.
- Plan and execute key dental conferences.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute projects, programs, and campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies/vendors and stakeholders across the NA organization, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Other responsibilities, projects and duties may be assigned as required.
- 2+ years of marketing or related experience, dental or medical device marketing preferred.
- Prior experience in medical/dental marketing or sales preferred.
- BSc or BA required.
- Digital marketing experience an asset.
- Customer‑oriented with a passion for delivering results and ability to inspire the same for their team.
- Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Project Management Software, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and create data‑driven solutions.
- Effective written, oral and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage complex projects.
- Self‑motivated problem‑solver and thought‑leader with strong strategic thinking; positive attitude and composure in stressful situations.
- Ability to travel up to 15 %.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Base salary ranges are provided as the expected range for the position. Actual compensation depends on individual skills and experience. Rates may be adjusted geographically for other locations.
For Field Sales roles, the listed salary is the base pay only and does not include incentive compensation. A cost‑of‑living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.
Our internship hourly rates are standard and based on the position, location, year in school, degree, and experience.
