Develop and deliver strategic direct marketing campaigns for credit cards, ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue targets.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Cards Engagement & Retention, Product, Digital, Database Marketing) and external vendors (e.g., marketing agencies, media partners) to manage deliverables and creative development.
Oversee the creative process, ensuring adherence to CIBC's brand guidelines and securing necessary internal approvals, including legal and compliance reviews.
Manage the allocated marketing budget effectively, optimizing channels to maximize marketing ROI and support business growth.
Utilize analytics to measure campaign success, derive insights, and incorporate results-driven learning into future initiatives for continuous improvement.
