We are looking for a self-motivated, highly detail oriented, and creative thinker. Someonewho is proficient in taking a campaign idea and leading it through the planning, executing, and measuringphases to create memorable and impactfulactivations.
This is a highly collaborative and visible position, so good communication and interpersonal skillsarea must. This role reports to the Director of Strategy and Client Leadership.
Your specific, day-to-day responsibilities will look like this:
Create, manage, execute, and ensure measurement of media campaignsto achieve a myriad of goals from brand awareness todemand generation.
Plan and buy B2B media campaigns across social, search, direct, content syndication, account-based marketing, lead-generation, brand-building, events, etc.
Collaborate with clients and colleaguesto create campaigns and/or events that promote services/products
Work in conjunction with client/agencycreative teams to create collateral to complement campaigns
Effectivelycommunicatewith colleagues and clients
Perform additional functions and administrative tasks as required for media activation
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of B2B media planning experience, ideally in a client service setting
Bachelor’s degree, college diploma,or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
Creative thinking as applied to B2B media activation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize across projects and deliver to timelines
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to collaborate with different teams and job levels to accomplish responsibilities
Anunderstanding of the Canadian market, including key demographics and media inventory landscape
Experience on working in or with large enterprisesto perform B2B marketing functions is anrequired, particularly in areas such as media planning, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), user experience analysis, and lead cycle management
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience with , Google Analytics, marketing automation
Full-funnel media planning including Content Syndication, Content Sponsorships/Partnerships, Nurture (email), video, audio, social and search, as well as experience with Demand Base, 6
Sense or similar.
Additional information
The salary range for this position is $75k-$80k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
