Marketing Operations is currently seeking a Marketing Data and Analytics Specialist based out of our Toronto office.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Marketing Data and Analytics Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within a financial organisation, and possess a strong background in marketing data analysis and metrics. This role involves leveraging Power BI for data visualization and utilising marketing tools such as Marketo, Hub Spot, Salesforce, and Adobe Analytics to support and enhance marketing strategies

Develop and maintain insightful Power BI dashboards and reports to support marketing operations and strategy.

Analyze marketing data to extract actionable insights and optimize marketing performance.

What You Need to Have:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a financial organisation.

Strong proficiency in Power BI and data visualization.

Proven experience with marketing data analysis and metrics.
