Your Opportunity
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute our Consulting marketing strategy across Canada.
You will be responsible for developing and executing high impact marketing plans, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring the deadlines and results of your marketing campaigns are met. This is for an existing vacancy and you will work closely with national leaders and internal teams to ensure business alignment and creative collaboration.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support the Consulting strategy and growth objectivesEstablish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with Consulting leadership and related stakeholdersUse a proactive approach to influence and advise leadership on marketing strategy and plansLeverage market and client insights and marketing best practices to ensure initiatives are cohesive, impactful and responsive to market conditionsPlan, oversee, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels and marketing tactics to drive full funnel outcomes for target audiencesEnsure marketing initiatives align with the brand strategy so that they build, enhance and protect the firm’s reputation and market positionCollaborate closely with the Marketing Centres of Excellence (COEs) throughout the planning, execution and reporting phasesEnsure operational excellence through alignment on best practices, budget and invoice management, and effective, tech enabled processesLead a team and be responsible for coaching and development of talentFoster a collaborative and inclusive work environmentHow do we define success for your role?

University Degree in related subject3-5 years of marketing experience at the manager (or equivalent) levelB2B/professional services knowledge and/or experience is an assetProven track record of building and executing successful marketing plans and campaignsProven track record of delivering on marketing KPIs and achieving full funnel resultsStrong business acumen, curiosity and the ability to turn data into insights that drive strategyExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skillsStrong project management and digital skillsAbility to prioritize workloads and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
