Position Title: Director of Marketing

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to lead market intelligence, brand strategy, and product positioning to drive business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of retailers, categories, products, competitors, and consumer behavior—and the ability to turn those insights into actionable strategies that strengthen existing business and uncover new opportunities.
The Director of Marketing will influence the long-term product roadmap, guide pricing and margin strategies, and ensure assortments are aligned with market needs. They will also create marketing and sales tools, storytelling, and materials that enable the Sales team to effectively communicate product value, category opportunities, and market insights to retail partners. This is a hands-on, insight-driven role for a leader who can combine analytical rigor with creative thinking to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Market & Category Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, category performance, competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities. Build actionable insights that inform product and commercial decisions.
Product & Commercial Strategy: Translate insights into product, program, pricing, and assortment strategies. Partner closely with Product Development and Sales to ensure go-to-market plans and product roadmaps align with market opportunities and retailer requirements.
Business Growth & Sales Enablement: Develop compelling narratives, tools, and frameworks that support Sales in engaging retail partners, driving sell-in and sell-through, and securing new business. Provide analytical and strategic support for pitches, business reviews, and category discussions.
Brand Stewardship: Ensure brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity are consistent across all programs and channels. Protect brand equity while supporting growth initiatives and new product launches.
This role is ideal for a marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, with a proven ability to drive commercial impact and influence cross-functional teams.
The expected compensation range for this role is $90,000 to $140,000.
