Manager, Retail Marketing

Working in the dynamic environment of Four Seasons global headquarters, the Manager, Retail Marketing will be an integral member of the broader Marketing team for one of the world’s leading luxury hospitality brands. This role will have specific oversight over Retail marketing, promoting both Four Seasons Online Retail (), including paid, owned and earned channels, as well as promoting brand‑led retail programs on property through marketing tools and collateral.

This key position is accountable for setting and executing high‑performing marketing strategies that drive revenue and equity for the Retail business. This performance marketing role includes developing innovative ways to engage the customer, while ensuring our Retail marketing aligns with the brand expression of Four Seasons.

What You’ll Be Doing Marketing Strategy
  • Develop innovative retail marketing strategies that align to the brand expression of Four Seasons and bring to life the positioning of the Retail business.
  • Create and execute a multi‑year marketing plan across all marketing channels, including a cohesive approach across paid, owned, and earned marketing.
  • Seek out holistic marketing opportunities that strengthen awareness of the Retail business.
  • Explore and evaluate new marketing channels, including emerging channels.
  • Work with the broader Retail team to define customer acquisition and retention goals.
Marketing Execution
  • Lead the overall marketing calendar development and execution of all tactics, with support of cross‑functional COES, including but not limited to CRM, paid media, PR, Social Media, and creative and content development.
  • Lead development of integrated campaign briefs, creative briefs and media briefs.
  • Lead development of seasonal campaigns, managing stakeholder reviews and overall asset management (including rights and usage).
  • Conduct analysis on competitive and industry marketing campaigns and approaches.
  • Leverage performance insights to drive marketing recommendations.
  • Lead the marketing budget, including invoice tracking, invoice submission.
Performance Measurement
  • Develop performance reports with insights and action plans based on marketing initiatives, leveraging Adobe Analytics and Shopify.
  • Adhere to the Retail marketing budget as defined by overall company objectives.
Cross‑Functional and Agency Collaboration
  • Partner closely with cross‑functional SMEs such as Brand Strategy, Creative, CRM/Email, PR, Social Media, Paid Media, and the Retail business team.
  • Manage and collaborate with marketing agency partners to drive optimal output.
  • Collaborate with our  digital team for best practices, test and learns, and any applicable Retail integrations into the website, as it pertains to marketing initiatives.
What You Bring
  • College or University degree, preferably in a business or marketing program. MBA an asset.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a consumer marketing role. Experience with luxury / global retail brands an asset. Ecommerce experience…
