We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist with strong experience in brand strategy, creative planning, and integrated marketing campaigns. This role focuses on conceptualizing and planning marketing initiatives, rather than direct digital execution. You will play a key role in developing brand narratives, designing campaign concepts, and managing cross‑channel communications to strengthen the OTT brand presence. This is a full‑time, permanent position based at our 1123 Leslie St, North York office.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely preparation and delivery of marketing materials and content.
- Assist in improving content presentation and messaging to enhance clarity and user understanding.
- Bring hands‑on experience in North American market promotion and take ownership of marketing execution initiatives.
- Drive marketing execution across social platforms, community channels, events, and partnership‑related touchpoints.
- Apply practical experience engaging Chinese‑Canadian communities, adapting messaging and materials to fit audience characteristics.
- Support the execution of marketing activities and partnership initiatives, ensuring quality delivery and steady progress.
- Assist in coordinating and maintaining relationships with partners, community organizations, and vendors.
- Manage execution details and follow‑ups for marketing activities to ensure smooth delivery and clear accountability.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing initiatives as planned.
- Track key milestones and execution progress, proactively flagging risks, dependencies, or items requiring decision‑making.
- Support the Group Head of Marketing in coordinating marketing execution across business units.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong track record in hands‑on execution, campaign delivery, and cross‑channel coordination.
- Hands‑on experience in North American market promotion, including community‑based initiatives, events, partnerships, and local activations.
- Experience engaging Chinese‑Canadian / Chinese‑speaking communities.
- Strong project coordination skills: able to manage timelines, multiple stakeholders, and deliverables with clear follow‑through.
- Strong communication skills and sound judgment; able to work effectively with internal teams and external partners/vendors.
- Self‑driven and accountable, able to take ownership and deliver in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bilingual requirement: fluent in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
