THE ROLE
  • Working directly with and providing support to Growth Directors who oversee client strategy.
  • Building and analyzing performance metrics/reports for client marketing strategies.
  • Working with the creative and strategy team to build ads inside of ad accounts.
  • Performing QA, and uploading ad creative, which will be one of the primary functions of this role.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) E-commerce marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Tik Tok Ads Manager.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Highly organized and accountable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable handling repetitive tasks such as creative quality assurance and performance checks.
  • Familiar with key marketing performance metrics and how they inform creative and campaign decisions.
  • Eager to learn and grow through exposure to a variety of DTC brands, channels, and marketing strategies.
