The Account Executive is a dynamic force in client management y don’t just manage projects—they help shape them. Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $50,000- $55,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for an existing vacancy.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Client Relationships: Act as the day-to-day steward of client partnerships, building trust through proactive communication, sharp thinking, and attention to detail. Support strategic conversations by translating client goals into actionable creative solutions—ensuring every project strengthens the relationship.
- Strategic Viewpoint: Bring insight and curiosity to every brief. Analyze market trends and client challenges to co-create strategies that inspire bold creative and deliver measurable impact. Use tools like AI to uncover predictive insights and anticipate needs—positioning the agency as a future-forward partner.
- Financial Accountability: Own project-level financial health with discipline and clarity. Track budgets, manage scope changes, and flag risks early—ensuring resources are used wisely and deliver maximum value. Work closely with Finance and internal leads to align financial performance with creative excellence.
- Organic Growth & Delivery: Deliver work that performs, inspires, and builds brands. Manage multiple projects with precision—aligning teams, timelines, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution. Identify organic growth opportunities and support new business efforts with energy, insight, and initiative.
- Coaching & Team Development: Be a collaborator and connector. Mentor junior team members, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning. Bring curiosity and positivity to the table, helping teams push ideas further and elevate the work, together.
- 1–3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related role, with exposure to project management, client relations, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality work.
- Strong foundational understanding of marketing strategy, paired with the ability to contribute meaningfully to strategic conversations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—collaborate effectively with internal teams and build client trust through proactive, solution-oriented thinking.
- Curious and insight-driven—able to analyze trends, anticipate challenges, and contribute to creative solutions that elevate the work.
- Comfortable managing scopes, tracking budgets, and supporting financial health across projects.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial—driven to grow, take initiative, and build lasting impact across accounts and the agency.
- Experience using AI and other digital tools to enhance research, uncover insights, and inform recommendations.
- Open to mentoring more junior talent and committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, high-performance team culture.
- Past experience in healthcare or charity sectors is an asset.
