We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented professional to join our team as an Experience Center Keyholder & Marketing Coordinator, helping to bring this vision to life through operational excellence and creative marketing execution.

As the Keyholder & Marketing Coordinator for our Experience Center, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, opening and closing the center, and supporting marketing strategies that promote our brand and enhance visitor engagement. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure the success of campaigns and on‑site events.

• Serve as the on‑site lead, responsible for opening and closing the Experience Center.
• Ensure the center is visitor‑ready and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Help implement marketing campaigns to promote the Experience Center.
• Coordinate and set up events and promotions to increase foot traffic and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital content.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to adjust strategies and improve results.
• Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, vendors, and media outlets.
• Provide insights and recommendations on improving customer experience based on feedback and data analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or customer‑facing roles.
• Experience in retail selling and specifically audio‑visual sales is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hub Spot).
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
