• Grit & ambition for building client relationships, defining strategic direction, partnering with delivery teams, and acting as a trusted advisor on all things brand, marketing and creative.
• Zest & chops for translating client business goals into powerful creative work, while ensuring client service excellence, agency profitability and team cohesion.
• Full-time, reporting to Partner & VP of Client Success
• Hybrid, minimum of three days a week in office (Toronto), with a willingness to travel globally
• Starting salary range between $100-130K, depending on capability and competency

As a Strategic Account Lead, you’ll be accountable for the success, growth, and delight of key client relationships. You act as the primary business partner for your accounts, strategically guiding them, aligning internal teams, and ensuring the work delivered drives measurable results. This role requires equal parts strategic thinking, operational precision, and high EQ.
