What You’ll Be Doing

As Director of Simplii Marketing, you’ll lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of all marketing communications and campaigns that support Simplii Financial. You’ll deliver impactful creative campaigns that prioritize client needs and uphold the highest standards of execution.

How You’ll Succeed
  • Craft and execute Simplii’s annual marketing plan, ensuring communications bring both the brand and products to life in ways that truly resonate with consumers.
  • Approach creative work with enthusiasm, championing bold ideas and launching campaigns that help Simplii stand out.
  • Demonstrate a passion for understanding customers – leveraging data and insights to develop strategies that enhance interactions and foster lasting relationships.
  • Lead innovative marketing efforts across diverse channels and content, reaching new clients and showcasing what makes Simplii unique.
  • Serve as a steward of the Simplii brand, maintaining consistency in identity, clarity in messaging, and a compelling presence wherever the brand engages.
  • Manage the marketing budget with precision, collaborating with business teams to maximize impact and track progress toward key objectives.
  • Analyze performance data to uncover insights, refine strategies, and optimize campaigns for meaningful business results.
  • Inspire and guide a talented team by ensuring clear responsibilities, effective coaching, and ongoing development for growth.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with leaders from across the organization to shape business strategies and to showcase the impact marketing brings to the business.
  • Champion operational excellence by continually improving processes and upholding high standards in campaign execution and budget management.

  • Seasoned marketer with over 10 years of marketing and leadership experience, and a genuine enthusiasm for making a difference.
  • Enjoy building strong marketing teams and delivering campaigns that connect, simplifying complex challenges into measurable success.
