** About The Opportunity
** Ensure high-quality operation of injection molding tools and equipment required to maintain optimal production and minimize downtime. Install molds, set parameters, perform start-ups, troubleshoot and make adjustments to ensure stable, efficient, and consistent molding operations.
1. Provide processing assistance to shift supervisor.  
2. Perform mold set-ups & changeovers, machine starts ups, lockouts, and shutdowns as required.  3. Set up machine for production processing.  
4. Prepare and follow first piece procedure to ensure conformance and product quality is met.  5. Troubleshoot injection molding machines, conduct audits, and monitor parts for quality.  
6. Ensure cycle time, weight, mold change requirements, etc., are followed and adhered to.  7. Work with maintenance, tooling, and quality to reduce quality-related concerns and issues.  
8. Perform random audits on each machine & monitor the quality of parts produced  
9. Monitor parts produced to ensure customer requirements & satisfaction are met.  10. Respond to the needs of the operator, packer, etc. by addressing ongoing concerns   11. Work safely and efficiently and use all required personal protective, safety equipment and devices   12. Actively participate, promote & sustain Continuous Improvement, 5S and STW activities.  13. Other duties as assigned.  14. Flexible to work 12-hour continental shift schedule
