AboutThe Role
We are seeking an energetic, detail‑oriented Large Format Imaging & Finishing Specialist to join our production team. In this role, you will prepare customer‑supplied print files, operate large‑format equipment, and ensure all projects meet the specifications outlined in the work order.
You thrive on seeing digital files come to life on a wide range of substrates - from cardstock and paper to foam board, vinyl, and specialty materials. You have a sharp eye for quality and enjoy hands‑on production work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and collaborating with a supportive team, while also having opportunities for skill development and career growth. Exceptional attention to accuracy and detail is essential. A self‑starting mindset and strong can‑do attitude are a must.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare and pre‑flight existing customer files for digital and large‑format printing
- Design, create, enhance files for production
- Operate large‑format printers and finishing equipment
- Follow work‑order specifications to complete jobs accurately and on time
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Mount, trim, laminate, and finish and package printed materials
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and high‑quality output
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Experience with pre‑flight processes for digital print files
- Experience with Onyx RIP software
- Operation of vinyl cutters (Summa, Graphtec)
- Operation of graphic plotters (HP 570, 800, 830)
- Operation of flatbed or hybrid printers (R2000)
- Experience with mounting equipment and hand‑finishing tools
- Lamination experience
- Laser cutter setup, operation, and maintenance
- Custom cutting and routing (Kongsberg, Zünd)
- Light fabrication experience (general or specialized)
- Packaging design experience
- Advanced layout, design, and pre‑press knowledge
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with production equipment
