Work Schedule: Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday; 6:00 am- 6:00 pm (36hrs per week) .
Compensation
At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members .
The estimated hourly base pay rate for this position is $25.75.
This position may also be eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP). AIP amounts are variable and are dependent on both company and team performance, subject to eligibility criteria. The target bonus percentage for this role is 4% of annual base earnings.

As a Finishing Operator, you will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team. You will work in a production environment, engage in continuous productive activity and must meet requirements within predetermined time constraints. Tasks require the use of both hands and arms on a repetitive basis for a full range of motion.

Occasional pushing of motorized material handling carts with loaded weights up to 1000 lbs.
Occasional pulling of motorized material handling carts with loaded weights up to 1000 lbs.
Frequent bending and crouching to safely lift parts of various sizes and shapes.
Continuous full range of motion from above the shoulders to below the knees.
Continuous handling of parts ranging in weight from 5 lbs. to 20 lbs.
