Summary

The Next Gen Supply Chain and Operations Analyst will support the planning, coordination, and execution of Wonderbrands’ supply chain activities across our bakery network. This role is designed for early‑career talent with strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a passion for continuous improvement. You will work closely with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, and key functional partners to ensure efficient product flow, strong service levels, and data‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities
  • Support day‑to‑day supply planning activities, ensuring accurate and timely coordination of product flow across bakeries, warehouses, transport, and distribution.
  • Maintain and publish daily or weekly KPIs, including fill rate, inventory levels, service performance, and other key operational metrics.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reliability.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams (Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Customer Experience) to support planning discussions and issue resolution.
  • Assist with seasonal and promotional planning, including developing delivery schedules and monitoring execution.
  • Support troubleshooting of operational challenges such as capacity constraints, product allocation issues, or customer order exceptions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on accuracy, process simplification, and enhanced visibility across the supply chain.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support leadership decision‑making.
  • Outline the required experience such as education, previous experience, skillset including soft skills.
  • Support daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing performance reporting, including KPI dashboards, variance analysis, productivity trends, and operational insights.
  • Analyze production, labour, waste, and yield data to identify operational issues and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with shift data collection, ensuring accuracy of inputs across plant systems, and reconciling data discrepancies.
  • Support Manufacturing Leadership in evaluating cost drivers, root‑cause investigations, and process optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools, models, and insights that help supervisors and managers monitor performance and make data‑driven decisions.
